Frances is the daughter of renowned painter and founding director of Ninuku Arts, Yaritji Connelly.

She is a dedicated painter and enjoys telling stories of the Tjurkupa (Dreamtime). Frances is an integral figure during the times of celebrating culture and an avid translator when the older people tell stories in the art centre.

Although an emerging artist, Frances has found her stride with her work. Her strengths include her intuitive colour sense and dynamic approach to composition.
